Our services are contingency-based which means we only get paid if we produce a candidate that is hired and our contract in no way prevents you from working on your own to fill the position.
We also have unique features within our contract that protects our clients if a Lewis Group recommended candidate is hired but ends up leaving prior to 10 months on the job.
