The Lewis Group assists healthcare administrators and CPA firms with their searches for licensed candidates

Our services are contingency-based which means we only get paid if we produce a candidate that is hired and our contract in no way prevents you from working on your own to fill the position.

We also have unique features within our contract that protects our clients if a Lewis Group recommended candidate is hired but ends up leaving prior to 10 months on the job.

Aggressive “All of the Above” Recruiting Approach

The Lewis Group limits our searches to a handful at a time which allows us to dedicate more time and energy to your search. We operate with an “All of the Above” approach using a variety of methods to locate the best candidate possible.

We begin each search by asking our clients exactly what they are looking for in an ideal candidate. Once this is established we aggressively go to work identifying candidates that meet these requirements.

We locate candidates through targeted e-mail campaigns, direct mail, correspondence with graduate schools, networking as well as relying heavily on our current database of licensed practitioners.
